Founded as Footprint Recruitment by industry leader Kristy-Lee Billet in 2006 as a specialist recruitment agency on the NSW Central Coast, the Footprint Group has since expanded its service offering to incorporate the full suite of people management services. This ensures the Group has the capacity to proactively look after a business' needs for the entire employment lifecycle of each individual staff member on the team, from pre-recruitment to exit and everything in-between.
Our dedicated, bespoke and fully tailored outsourced HR services, Footprint HR was launched in 2010 providing a first of its kind locally based consultancy service to local businesses on the Central Coast.
